Colorado Association for Infant Mental Health Quarterly Meeting: Dr. Robert Harmon Memorial Lecture
Janet Dean, LCSW, will present "Recovery and Resolution in Infant Mental Health: A community based treatment of addiciton and unresolved trauma in the parent-infant relationship". The presentation will follow a mother and her toddler son through foster placement, recovery from addiction, and subsequent reunification. Discussion will highlight the sensitive and crucial task of bringing treatment providers together to hold in mind unresolved traumatic aspects of the mother's past being enacted in the relationship with her son.

Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing Forum
This Forum is for Advanced Practice Nurses and similar professionals. Rocky Mountain Early Childhood Conference

Autism Guidelines Training
The purpose of this two-day regional training is to support providers that work with infants and toddlers, birth through two years, who have characteristics of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in the delivery of early intervention services based on a child’s individualized identified need, and not on a prescriptive curriculum or treatment model. The Guidelines document on which this training is based is also intended to assist local early intervention programs to provide early intervention services that are derived from evidence-based practices and published research that will increase the awareness and knowledge of families, providers, and early intervention administrators.
