About Us
With support from The Colorado Trust, the WONDERbabies Partnership for Health exists to coordinate, link, plan, design and implement a new set of collaborative methods of care for young children with special health care needs and their families. Acting as an agent and participant in systems change, the WONDERbabies Partnership for Health Initiative hopes to improve the communication and coordination of systems and services for young children with special health care needs and their families.
