How WONDERbabies Came to Be
“The Colorado Trust’s eight-year (2005-2011), $8.6 million Partnerships for Health initiative is designed to help improve the coordination of health services at the community level. This initiative, which is an expansion of The Trust’s Colorado Healthy People 2010 initiative, supports 13 community health partnerships statewide, consisting of local health departments, community-based organizations, government agencies and community members. Each partnership has identified a Healthy People 2010 focus area important to its community. Through two cycles of funding, grants will be awarded to help partnerships build, strengthen and sustain the infrastructure of Colorado communities by proactively addressing public health issues.”
